Whether he’s behind a mic, building a room full of strangers into a community, or deep in conversation with an artist backstage, Noah daCosta is interested in what moves culture forward. Not the polished version flattened for algorithms, but the real thing – the thinking, tension and energy underneath it all.

Born in the UK to Ghanaian and Guyanese family histories, Noah’s life has unfolded across Britain, the United States and now Naarm (Melbourne). His grandparents were part of the Windrush Generation, leaving Guyana for Britain in the 1950s, while his father migrated from Ghana in the 1980s. Home, for Noah, has never belonged to one place alone – and his work is richer for it.

Working across hosting, creative production and cultural curation, Noah has interviewed artists at festivals including SXSW Sydney, Falls Festival and Promiseland, while also creating spaces of his own through THE THIRD SPACE – a growing event series bringing together live music, poetry and open mic performances in intimate settings.

Soon to launch PAN STUDIO alongside Panashe Mugayapi, Noah is focused on building work with greater depth, scale and longevity. Through his upcoming interview series, he continues to unpack the minds of artists and creatives beyond surface-level storytelling.

Craft and practice

  • Artist interviews and cultural conversations

  • Creative production and event curation

  • Community-led media and storytelling

  • Marketing, presenting and audience engagement

Dare we dream

“I want to see a music and media landscape that feels layered, vibrant and genuinely reflective of the people shaping culture here. More variation, more excitement and more room for stories led by communities of colour. Personally, I’d love to expand my interview series internationally, alongside brands willing to invest in deeper cultural conversations.”
